Who runs Streamline?

Streamline is led by Directors Mathew Stones and Tom Wilkes. Mathew continues to work within the frontline ambulance service, while Tom brings experience in emergency care, industrial rescue and workplace safety.

Who does Streamline work with?

We support individuals, businesses, schools, nurseries, care providers, construction and industrial workplaces, charities, community groups, sports clubs, security providers and event organisers.

Do you work with individuals as well as organisations?

Yes. Individuals can access open training courses and pre-hospital career advice. Group training, consultancy and event medical cover are available for organisations.

Can Streamline provide more than one service?

Yes. We can combine consultancy, training and medical cover. For example, we can assess an event, create its medical plan and then provide the proportionate medical team.

Do you offer a free initial discussion?

Yes. We offer an initial discussion to understand your requirements. Our risk and needs consultancy service also includes a free initial consultation before any chargeable work is agreed.

Are your services tailored?

Yes. Recommendations are tailored to the client, environment, number of people, activities, identified risks and required outcomes. We do not use a one-size-fits-all approach.

Are you insured?

Appropriate insurance arrangements are maintained for the services we provide. Relevant evidence can be supplied during booking or due diligence where required.

Can you provide qualifications, policies and supporting documents?

Relevant supporting documents can be provided as part of the booking and due-diligence process. These may include insurance evidence, qualifications, risk assessments, medical plans and service-specific policies.

How quickly will Streamline respond?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Detailed quotations or service plans may take longer where we need to assess event information, workplace risks or training requirements.

When is my booking confirmed?

A booking is confirmed once Streamline has accepted it and the relevant requirements have been completed. This may include accepting the terms, supplying required information and paying a deposit or invoice.

Do you require a deposit?

Deposit requirements depend on the service. Any amount and payment deadline will be shown in the quotation, invoice or applicable booking terms.

When must invoices be paid?

The payment deadline will be stated on the invoice and within any applicable booking terms. Invoices should be paid by the due date.

Can a service be changed after booking?

Changes may be possible but must be discussed as soon as possible. Changes to dates, times, venue, attendance, risks or scope may affect availability and price.
